In paragraph 23, ADSp 2017 deviates from the law with regard to the maximum liability amount for property damage (§ 431 HGB) by reducing liability for multimodal transport including sea transport and in the case of unknown damage place to 2 SZR/kg and, moreover, in the case of the Restricting the regular liability from 8.33 SZR/kg in addition to 1.25 million euros per claim and 2.5 million euros per loss event, but at least 2 SZR/kg.
